Strawberry Vinaigrette Dressing

3/4 cup

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) olive oil
  • 1/4 cup (50 mL) BC Strawberry Vinegar
  • 2 tsp (10 mL) Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) honey
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Description

  1. Salt & pepper to taste.
  2. In a small glass jar with a lid, add all ingredients. Shake well to mix.
