Strawberry Fruit Stick

About 12 small Fruit Sticks


Ingredients

  • 4 cups (1 L) strawberries, washed, hulled and purĂ©ed
  • 1 cup (250 ml) unsweetened fruit juice
  • 3/4 cup (250 ml) granulated sugar
  • 1 pkg (45g) Bernardin® Freezer Jam Pectin

Description

  1. Measure 2 cups (500 ml) strawberry puree into a bowl.
  2. Stir in fruit juice. Combine sugar and Freezer Jam Pectin and whisk into fruit mixture; stir 3 minutes to thoroughly dissolve pectin. Pour into a Fruit Stick mold or small disposable cups or popsicle molds. Let stand until thickened, about 5 minutes. Place a popsicle stick or plastic spoon in each mold. Freeze until firm. Serve immediately and wrap individually and store in freezer.
