Strawberries with Zesty Lemon Cream Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) Whipping Cream
  • 1 cup (250 mL) lemon flavored yogurt
  • 1.5 tsp (7 mL) lemon zest
  • 1.5 tbsp (22 mL) fresh lemon juice
  • 1.5 pounds (750 g) whole strawberries

Description

  1. In medium bowl whip cream until soft peaks form. Fold in yogurt, zest and lemon juice. Wash strawberries and serve with dip. Refrigerate up to 2 hours before serving.
