Strawberries with Zesty Lemon Cream Dip

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) Whipping Cream
- 1 cup (250 mL) lemon flavored yogurt
- 1.5 tsp (7 mL) lemon zest
- 1.5 tbsp (22 mL) fresh lemon juice
- 1.5 pounds (750 g) whole strawberries
Description
- In medium bowl whip cream until soft peaks form. Fold in yogurt, zest and lemon juice. Wash strawberries and serve with dip. Refrigerate up to 2 hours before serving.
