In bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form; set aside.
In separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Place chocolate chips in a large microwaveable dish and microwave at HIGH (full power) for 1½-2 minutes or until chocolate chips have almost melted. Remove from microwave and stir until completely melted; set aside to cool.
Add whipped cream and melted chocolate to cream cheese mixture; beat until smooth. Wash strawberries and serve with dip. Refrigerate up to 6 hours before serving.
