Strawberry Dessert Pizza

Ingredients
CRUST
- 1 (510 g) package chocolate, chocolate chip cookie dough
CREAM TOPPING
- 1 (8 ounce) package light cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp. (30 mL) icing sugar
- 1 cup (250 mL) light whipped topping
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) vanilla
TOPPING
- 5 cups (1.25 L) BC Strawberries, halved
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
1/4 cup (50 mL) white chocolate chips, melted
Description
CRUST
- Roll out cookie dough on lightly floured surface to form a 12 inch (30 cm) circle. Place the dough onto baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 12 –15 minutes or until firm to touch and lightly browned. Let cool 5 minutes, transfer to rack and let cool completely.
CREAM TOPPING
- In medium bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar until fluffy. Add whipped topping and vanilla; beat until smooth.
- Transfer cookie to a large serving plate. Spread cream topping evenly over cookie crust. Arrange strawberry halves on top. Drizzle melted chocolate over strawberries.
- Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours. Cut into wedges.
