BC Strawberries & Chocolate Cream Dip

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) Whipping Cream
- 4 oz (125 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) sour cream
- 1 cup (250 mL) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1.5 pounds (750 g) strawberries
Description
- In bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form; set aside.
- In separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Place chocolate chips in a large microwaveable dish and microwave at HIGH (full power) for 1½-2 minutes or until chocolate chips have almost melted. Remove from microwave and stir until completely melted; set aside to cool.
- Add whipped cream and melted chocolate to cream cheese mixture; beat until smooth. Wash strawberries and serve with dip. Refrigerate up to 6 hours before serving.
